An observance of the World Day of Prayer and Action for Children organized by the UNICEF country office of Barbados.

In Barbados, a meeting was held 18 November with religious leaders that included presentations on child abuse and commitments by the religious leaders to work with UNICEF on addressing violence against children, in particular child sexual abuse. Religious leaders dedicated part of their November 20th religious services to discussing the care and protection of children.
