Youth Workshop on Learning to Live Together Celebration of the Day of Prayer and Action for Children

This workshop is part of the youth involvement in the World Day of Prayer and Action for Children which seeks to bring together people of faith and good will work for the rights and dignity of children and promote their development, protection and well- being.

The agenda includes a panel discussion on the importance of mutual respect and understanding for living together in the context of positive parenting and non-violent discipline. It includes a reflection on the Convention for the Rights of the Child and a visit to a child center for expressing, in a very practical way, the youth solidarity with children.

The activities will finish with an interfaith public event that will involve parents, teachers, religious leaders, children and youth.
