European DPAC celebration

GNRC Europe and Religions for Peace Europe joined their efforts to organize a World Day of Prayer and Action celebration at the European level on the 19th of November. On this day both organizations will join their commitments to protect children against violence and also launch a European Campaign to mobilize religious communities and governments around the topic of Water.

The event will take place in the heart of Europe, namely the European Parliament of the European Union. The event will count with the participation Mr Philippe Corri, Director of the EU office at Unicef. Several european religious leaders coming from different faiths and countries will also participate together with children, youths, and civil society organizations.
