Giving Hope to Vulnerable Children: Baringo, Kenya

Prayers will be offered by a Muslim and Christian cleric for the children to gain strength, courage and hope to endure challenges and pursue their dreams. Holly scriptures will then be shared by the two clergy touching on violence against children and success for even the most vulnerable when they remain faithful to God.

Children will then be given opportunity to share their experiences (both positive and negative) and express their aspiration. Children will recite poems, sing and dance to celebrate the day. The final activity will be to give foods, toiletries etc to the children in the children’s home to support their basic needs.
