Interfaith workshop on violence against children

In Nepal, UNICEF, the National Inter-religious Network and Alliance for Peace, Education and Development conducted a workshop with inter-faith leaders and religiously affiliated media personnel from different television and radio stations. The objective was to sensitize participants on the issue of violence against children and develop joint activities to prevent such violence. The workshop was also intended to encourage inter-faith groups to advocate for the prevention of violence against children through various other events and networking.
