REC Ambassadors Book Club Students Dialogue with Stakeholders on Child Abuse

On November 20, Restoring and Empowering Communities (REC) held an Ambassadors book club with students from 10 schools in Kampala (4 primary schools, 6 secondary schools). Students had discussions with stakeholders from organizations including UNICEF and Child Protection Units, religious leaders, embassy officials, teachers and more. These discussions will provide possible solutions and proposals to end child abuse. Children the closed the dialogue with a personally written prayer.
