UNICEF Algeria planned activities with Religious Communities

UNICEF is working with the Ministry of Religious Affairs, which has asked the country’s 15,000 mosques to focus their sermons on November 19th on breastfeeding and child rights. The government has also requested that UNICEF conduct its second regional training for female clerics on infant and maternal health in mid-December.
