In Cambodia, the Ministry of Culture and Religion, the office of the supreme Buddhist leader, other religious leaders and UNICEF will organize a series of messages and actions during regular high-level annual gatherings of religious leaders to promote the deinstitutionalization of children who are needlessly in residential facilities and to strengthen the role of religious leaders in preventing the separation of children from their families, including children affected by HIV.
