World Day Observance in Dominica

In Dominica, to commemorate the Universal Children’s Day and the DPAC, the Social Development Department and UNICEF are organising a “Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Week”. Besides, on 18 November, there will be open church service in one of Dominica’s vulnerable communities called Grand Bay. All of the churches in the northern part of the island will come together to focus on the theme “Ending Violence Against Children”.
